Summer signing Mangala happy to fight for place at Manchester City

first_imgEliaquim Mangala says the competition for places at Manchester City will make him a better player.The France international was signed by the Premier League champions in the summer from Porto for £32m, but he is yet to make an appearance for his new club.However, the 23-year-old is not worried by his lack of game time so far and is ready and waiting to seize his chance when it does come.“Competition is good for me and good for the team,” said Mangala.“The more competition you have, the more competitive the team will be and the more you improve.
