They sit atop the table with four wins from four (including three bonus points) giving them 19 points.Ireland are in second position with 11 points. However, with only one game to play and eight points adrift, it is impossible for the men in green to catch Wales. This is also the case for England (10 points), Scotland (six points) and Italy (0 points).France, although they have only 10 points and sit in third position, are the only side still capable of catching Wales. Earlier in the tournament their game against Scotland was postponed indefinitely – meaning that they still have two games to play. The maximum amount of points a side can take from a game is five (four for the win and one for a try-scoring bonus point). This means that two bonus-point victories for France could have them pip Wales with 20 points to 19. All eyes will, therefore, be on the France vs Wales clash this coming Sunday evening in Paris. In order to keep their Six Nations hopes alive France will need to beat Wales with a bonus point, and deny the Welsh a losing bonus point. The French will then need to win their rescheduled game against Scotland (whenever that is), also with a bonus point. It is worth noting that should France and Wales finish level on the table, it will be the side with the better points difference who is awarded the Championship.Wales currently have a better points difference than France and so seem the likelier of the two to win if it came to this. However, a big Welsh loss on Sunday could shift the landscape. For Wales the narrative is simple: win on Sunday and the Championship is theirs. Even a losing bonus point would probably be enough to see them home.ALSO READ: What’s in our latest issue?Subscribe here ‘ ‘ Published on March 19, 2021 熱門話題不要被酵素騙了！在萬寧賣的「這個」直接針對脂肪…熱門話題|SponsoredSponsoredUndo Post by Andre-Pierre Cronje

President John Dramani Mahama and the visiting Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Haile Mariam Desalegn, on Friday toured the Cocoa Touton Processing Company factory at the Tema free zone enclave. The visit was part of activities aimed at highlighting Ghana’s steady growth and development in the manufacturing sector of the economy. It is also to deepen Ghana-Ethiopia diplomatic ties and consolidates Ghana’s position as the preferred destination for trade and investment on the continent, on account of a stable democracy, respect for the rule of law and an enabling business environment. The Touton Group is one of the world’s largest traders in cocoa, coffee, vanilla, spices and a variety of natural ingredients, using a network of exporting subsidiaries. The company crowned its more than 40- year trade relations with Ghana, by investing in a multi-million Euro cocoa processing facility in the country last year, joining the list of the very few companies producing cocoa liquor for export. In Ghana, Cocoa Touton Processing Company currently produces 30, 000 tons of processed cocoa and exports to countries in Europe, USA and the Middle East with a turnover of $ 80 million.Welcoming the two leaders to the factory’s premises, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Touton Group, Olivier Lieutard, emphasised the importance of both countries to the operations of the company.“Besides trading in Ghana cocoa, Touton has also been trading with Ethiopia in coffee, over the past 10 years. Ghana and Ethiopia produce the most premium quality cocoa and coffee in the world,” he pointed out.Mr Lieutard paid tributes to the Ghana and the Ghana Cocoa Board for their support and consistent supply of cocoa beans, which has helped Touton maintain operations at optimum capacity, since the facility was established. The company, he said, plans to increase its production capacity to 60,000 tonnes of beans from the current level in the next five years. It also intends to expand its product range to butter, cake and powder. With the increased capacity the company’s investment would reach 50 million dollars and turnover would rise to 200 million dollars.During the period local purchases account for 85 million dollars, including cocoa, salaries, energy, transport and services.Mr Lieutard said the company is also involved in initiatives with the Ghanaian authorities to ensure a sustainable and environmental friendly cocoa supply chain and better livelihood for farmers.President Mahama said the operations of the factory is in line with government’s agenda to add value to the country’s agricultural produce, including cocoa rather than exporting the commodity in the raw state.Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Haile Mariam Desalegn said the factory is a good lesson for the African continent to help boost manufacturing and industrialisation. The Touton group took over an existing factory built in 2007 in April last year after an initial investment of $17 million and became Cocoa Touton Processing Company. It currently has 135 employees.
Greetings to the the engineers, the artisans, and the freelance makers of the world. You’re pioneers of a new movement where you’re taking control of your independence, shaping the new workforce, and the future of the economy – not to mention having a huge positive impact!Welcome to the Maker Movement, feel free to revel in your awesome. What is the Maker Movement? This movement is so many things all at once, it’s part hobbyist, part mad scientist, and part entrepreneur all rolled into one. Web strategist and industry analyst Jeremiah Owyang explains:“This Maker Movement puts power in the hands of the people to fund, design, prototype, produce, manufacture, distribute, market, and sell their own goods.”–Jeremiah OwyangWhile this movement is typically thought of in terms of engineering-related pursuits such as robotics, 3D printing, electronics, etc…this movement also extends to more traditional DIY activities including woodworking, metalworking, and crafting. We see the fruits of this movement all over the place, whether it be from the artists of Etsy, or the innovative classrooms of the future, or the Maker Faires that are celebrating and showcasing the work of the talented makers of the world. How is this movement transforming the economy?According to an infographic by The Grommet, there are 135 million makers in America are not only growing local economies but creating new jobs. For every $100 spent at an independent store, $68 of those dollars go back to the community as opposed to a $43 return from shopping at a national chain. Additionally the Makers Movement has contributed 18 million small businesses in the U.S. that account for two out of every three new jobs.Etsy developed a report to highlight how their sellers are characteristic of a new and changing economy. The study found that the emergence of micro-businesses are characteristic of a changing economy.“Etsy sellers represent a growing sector of the U.S. economy: independent, flexible solo-entrepreneurs who are taking their economic and social well-being into their own hands. Together, they offer a new way forward – a path that relies not on the actions of a few big businesses, but on the proliferation of many small ones to build the capacity and resilience of the U.S. economy.”–Redefining Entrepreneurship: Etsy Sellers’ Economic ImpactWant more information?Check out these great resources for all things Maker Movement.
